I'm almost halfway through medical school.
Been in JB for almost one whole semester, I guess i have learnt/realized a few things.
1. First, i'm proud to announce that I've learnt to do minor cooking enough to sustain my life. A bit far from kao-lui level, but still. Hey at least i can fry eggs.
2. I've learnt to be more independent, to be able to do things i like without the company of my closest friends. Have meals by myself or with any random person i see in cafeteria, study at the library or at home, grocery shopping, taking bus to KL, even playing my favorite board games.
3. No one can have everything in life. Everything comes with a price tag, and sometimes you just cant afford them.
4. Waking up to breakfast on your table is probably one of the most awesome thing in the world. *hint hint*
5. Domino's rocks.
6. The coin always has 2 sides. Half a glass of water can be interpreted in different ways. You can either think you're not good enough to have something, or you can think that that thing is not good enough to deserve you.
7. Cherish what you have, really. You dont know when you're gonna lose it, and when it happens, you'll regret for not appreciating it enough before.
8. Facebook probably should be banned.
9. Life can be as fair and as unfair as you want it to be.
10. Chess > cluedo > risk > monopoly
11. My electrical things are somewhat resistant to water. My fan drenched in rain water is still functioning perfectly well.
12. Nasi goreng pattaya and soya bean are the gold standard for lunch in balai pelawat.
13. Hugs warm my heart outside in =D
14. It costs a quarter of my petrol tank to go domino's then to Giant Tampoi.
15. Well i haven't spoken to many of my friends for months.
16. Been slacking too much in the whole semester =(
17. It costs rm31.20 for a bus trip to KL.
18. Everybody's going to be in Aussie for the holiday. What am i going to do during the hols? =(
19. Oat Krunch is imba awesome.
I've gained a lot. And of course one can never gain something without losing something else.
I still have a long way to go. Wish me luck.
