NBTD

Wanted to do the tag on Terence's blog.

But lazy la. I just couldn't click on the "next" button. I mean, it's playing my favourite songs!!
And I'm just giving myself excuses to not update my blog. And btw doing tags ARE a way of updating, right? XD

Playing "My Valentine". Aaawh.

~~~~~~~~~~~
Came across something which sounds like:
"He who defends everything defends nothing."
I agree with that.
No matter how hard you try, no matter how good or how bad you are at it, if you attempt to defend everything, you end up defending nothing.
Don't you think so?
But does that mean that you'll have to pick and defend some while leaving others, just like that? Hoping that they can fend for themselves, or hoping somebody else would defend it?
Would it be fair then?
I think it applies in chess games. XD
From time to time you find yourself caught in a situation which you are forced to sacrifice either one to save another.
Often, you try to save both, and you end up digging your own grave instead.
Sometimes, you endure the pain. You choose to defend one side of the board and abandon another.
Ouch!
But at least at the end of the day, you still have one side of the board to work with.
That's a chess game la. Chess pieces have no emotions and feelings. The dark-squared bishop wont feel like, wth the white-squared bishop is saved, he's is more important than me T.T I emo weih!!!!!
lol.
In real life, given a choice, and knowing the consequences, would you rather be the one who tries to defend everything, or the one who defends only the one that matters more?
was playing some war game. Two of my cities were besieged at the same time. Couldn't save both. =.=''
